The All-Party Parliamentary Group on Migration and One North West would like to invite you to this debate on ‘Building a dynamic society and economy in the North West. How can migration deliver prosperity in the region?’

In particular, we will be discussing the key polivy dilemmas raised by migration. Politicians in the UK must respond to an increaasingly mobile population, with movement sustained by political and economic imperatives, conflict and environmental crises. This roundtable will review current impacts of migration in the North West and assess how regional authorities are able to meet the challenges of migration in order to benefit from the opportunities it may bring.
