This training, being provided by T3SC in partnership with Greater Manchester BME Network, aims to strengthen the Black and Minority Ethnic women’s voice in Greater Manchester through sessions designed to help women from BME women’s organisations enhance their skills, experience and knowledge enabling them to becoming more effective in their roles, engage with decision makers and develop a strengthened policy voice.

When: Monday 12 March
Time: 9.45—3pm
Participants must attend both sessions!
By the end of session 2 participants will have:
- Enhanced knowledge of the barriers and challenges within the sector
- Knowledge of power/influence models and techniques for engaging in change and reaching decision makers
- Development of skills and competencies within the group and how these are more effectively utilised on a personal, organisational and collective level
- Develop a shared action plan both at individual and organisational level
